Cross Alcatraz Avenue, which divides Oakland and Berkeley, and you’ll find yourself in Rockridge, one of Oakland's most desirable, charming, and convenient neighborhoods. Housing in Rockridge is a combination of charming bungalows, cottages, classic Arts and Crafts dwellings, and large brown-shingle houses. Its leafy streets are mainly residential.
Rockridge offers an easy commute into San Francisco via the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) station, as well as access to the University of California, Berkeley Campus. The 100-year-old, four-acre campus of the California College of Art and Crafts is nearby. Food-and-drink purveyors in Rockridge provide the best from around the world and local farms. Rockridge Market Hall, which takes its cue from the French Marché, offers numerous individual food and flower shops open to the sidewalk. Dozens of restaurants, cafes, and boutiques line bustling College Avenue, Rockridge's main drag.

Ariel truly enjoys helping people find what they’re looking for. They understand that big moves are better with reliable support and they want all their clients to feel ease and security throughout their transitions. Whether it’s selling or buying, Ariel takes the time to understand your goals and carefully map out options that lead to success.
In 2021, they assisted their Obachan, Emiko, a Japanese immigrant and first-time homebuyer, in purchasing her forever home in Pinole, CA. Threading the needle during a booming seller’s market, they were able to secure a home that provided end-of-life care and future stability for them and their partner. That is when they knew they wanted to become a Realtor and help other people succeed in the journey of homeownership.
Passionate about intergenerational living, Indigenous land back, and collective housing opportunities, Ariel hopes to bring impactful services to their clients that lasts longer than our lifetimes. It is a privilege to work in the world of real estate and they hope to bring a mindfulness that leaves clients feeling empowered through their purchases.
Ariel was born in San Francisco and raised in Berkeley. Having received a Bachelor’s Degree in Film & Digital Media with a minor in Literature from the University of California-Santa Cruz, Ariel is excited to be back home, anchored in the Bay Area. In their own time they enjoy cooking for friends, hiking all over, fixing up their house, everything basketball, and calling Bingo games for the community.
